Caroline has been practising massage and aromatherapy since 2000. She gained experience working in several clinics after qualifying, and now works from Dulwich Therapy Rooms where she has been part of the team since 2005.
Caroline is specially trained in pregnancy massage, and particularly enjoys the work she does with pregnant women, optimising their comfort and well-being during the months leading up to their giving birth.
An interest in dance and qi gong led Caroline to go on to train in movement orientated massage and bodywork. Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian) and Pulsing (rhythmical movement bodywork) have a strong emphasis on movement - vital for good health and longevity.
Caroline is also a qualified homeopath and chartered physiotherapist. Her physiotherapy work has included working in an NHS Falls Prevention Team and at a school for visually impaired children with neurological disability. She has trained with APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) and enjoys providing 1:1 therapeutic and rehabilitative Pilates sessions. More recently she has started applying her aromatherapy knowledge to formulate personalised skincare products.
Caroline is registered with CThA (Complementary Therapy Association), IFA (International Federation of Aromatherapists) and CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) and regularly attends lectures, webinars and workshops to learn new techniques and keep up to date with developments in natural healthcare and physiotherapy.
