She is also trained in providing massage for those diagnosed with cancer, and uses a specially adapted gentle technique, which is
suitable for most people to receive (even during chemotherapy or radiotherapy).
Caroline is a registered homeopath and chartered physiotherapist. Her homeopathy work has involved providing consultations at The Organic Pharmacy (Kensington) and Neal's Yard (Chelsea). She has also completed post graduate homeopathy training in India. Her physiotherapy work has included working in an NHS Falls Prevention Team and at a special educational needs school for visually impaired children with neurological disability. She has trained in Pilates with APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) and Medical Qi Gong with ITCA (International Tai Chi Alliance) and enjoys providing 1:1 Pilates sessions, 1:1 Qi Gong sessions and 1:1 Therapeutic Exercise sessions with those wanting a personalised and holistic approach to exercise.
Caroline is particularly interested in helping to improve nervous system regulation, and has lots of experience working with people with anxiety or high levels of stress that need help to deeply rest and relax.
Caroline is registered with CThA (Complementary Therapy Association) and CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) and regularly attends lectures, webinars and workshops to learn new techniques and keep up to date with developments in natural healthcare and physiotherapy.
